"I’ve been insured through Derek Warner for several years. Recently, we bundled our homeowners and auto insurance with Progressive. Our new agent was supposed to notify State Farm of the cancellation but failed to do so. As a result, we ended up paying both insurance companies for two months. Despite providing documentation proving our overlapping coverage, State Farm refused to backdate our cancellation. We spoke with several State Farm offices who confirmed that they could and should process the backdated cancellation and issue a refund but this office simply wouldn’t. After weeks of repeated calls and back-and-forth communication, they finally agreed to issue the refund. Unfortunately, this experience showed that this agency prioritizes money over their clients. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different insurance provider."

"Derek C. Warner has been nothing but helpful during my time with them. I have a second car so naturally I want comprehensive only during the winter months. They have no problem switching this as often as I need, especially during those surprising days where the weather is wonderful and I want to go for a drive.
